Definitions

Funding, Fees, and Exchange Rates
- Funding methods. We accept various funding methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Fees. All applicable fees are disclosed before transaction completion and may include transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and third-party charges.
- Rate guarantee. Exchange rates are guaranteed for a limited time period as specified during the quote process.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your transactions.
Transaction Processing and Limits
- Execution time. Transaction execution times vary by destination and funding method, typically 1-3 business days.
- Limits & holds. We may impose transaction limits or holds for:
- Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Risk management purposes
- Suspicious activity detection
- Account verification needs
- Status. Transaction status updates are provided through our platform and may be delayed due to third-party processing.
- Reversals. Once a transaction is initiated, reversals may not be possible and are subject to our discretion and applicable regulations.
Compliance and Reporting Obligations
As a regulated financial services provider, we have legal obligations to:
- Report suspicious transactions to regulatory authorities
- Maintain records of all transactions for specified periods
- Conduct customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring
- Comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations
You acknowledge and consent to our compliance reporting obligations and agree to provide any additional information required for regulatory compliance.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for:

Term and Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, subject to applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.
Changes to Terms of Service

Severability
